Soap and Glory The Next Big Thing Gift Set

Hello there lovelies! So, it seems I have managed to get a little access to the internet at the weekend, just in time to share with you some huge news in the beauty world at the moment, which I'm pretty sure you've heard about. The Soap and Glory The Next Big Thing Gift Set.

Every year during the wonderful festive period, Soap and Glory release their popular Christmas Gift Sets at Boots. Last year was 'The Yule Monty' Gift Set, which was hugely popular that it sold out within hours of release and became incredibly hard to track down. This year is the release of the Soap and Glory The Next Big Thing Gift Set, which I'm pretty sure is getting the exact same reaction.

The Soap and Glory The Next Big Thing Gift Set is priced at a mere £29.00 as opposed to the price of £60.00 which is a hugeeee saving of £31. Incredible right? It's not a deal that you can pass up on, especially if you're a Soap and Glory lover like myself.

The gift set contains a mash up of 10 of Soap and Glory's most dreamy, popular products, some new and some old, and not all bodycare related as it includes skincare and makeup products too. There is something for everyone to try out and enjoy.

The contents of the Soap and Glory The Next Big Thing Gift Set include:

- The Righteous Butter (300ml)
- Hand Dream Super Cream (100ml)
- Orangeasm Body Wash (500ml)
- Butter Yourself Moisture Lotion (500ml)
- Heel Genius Foot Cream (125ml)
- Sugar Crush Body Scrub (300ml)
- Whipped Clean Shower Butter (250ml)
- Sexy Mother Pucker Lip Lacquer in 'Charm Offensive' (7ml)
- Thick and Fast Super Volume Mascara (10ml)
- Off your Face 3 in 1 Daily Purifying Cloths (25)

There are two Limited Edition Designs of the case, designed by the illustrator Hattie Stewart, both of which are exceptionally beautiful. One of the designs you can find in store and another, is an online exclusive.

If I were you, I'd seriously run out to the shops(or quickly purchase online) before it's sold out, if it hasn't already!

My Fall Favourites | Guest Post

Hello lovelies! So, last in my string of guest posts here on Beauty Division, I am going to introduce to you the lovely Anne from LindaLibraLoca. I hope you've enjoyed reading up on some new blog posts from the lovely ladies over the last few weeks that have contributed here on the blog and maybe found a new read for yourself. I am still unsure as to when I will be fully back, up and running on Beauty Division myself as there's still plenty of things to do at the house and of course, being 34 weeks pregnant, it's taken a toll on me. In the meantime you can read up on any updates from me over on Instagram, Facebook or Twitter if you wish to.

Now, let's get to the last guest post shall we?

As the lovely Lauren is moving house this week, she offered me the opportunity to guest post on her blog. I hope all is going well with the move!
My name is Anne and you can usually find me at

Now that everybody seems to get into holiday mood I thought it would be a great time to round up my fall favourites. Quite a few of them will accompany me all through winter.

You can clearly spot a color theme in my picture, and it is true, oxblood has been my favorite color during this fall (and last, to be honest).

On my nails I have been wearing Essie´s "Sole Mate“"more than anything else.
I am a true Essie fan girl, and this pretty oxblood shade is everything I love: Opaque in one coat (although I always do two), long-lasting and stunning against pale winter skin.

When I want a really bold, dark lip, MAC „Dark Deed“ is my go-to color. Sadly it was limited edition, but Temptalia has a great Dupe List on her page if you are looking for a similar color. You will definitely need a lip liner with this one, and I usually color in my whole lip with the liner before applying the lipstick. That way the color lasts longer (about four hours when you aren't eating or drinking.)

The perfume I have been loving lately is DOLCE&GABBANA Intense Eau de Parfum, not only because of the pretty red and gold packaging.
It was a present from Mr. Loca, so I was apprehensive at first. In my opinion, gifting a perfume almost always goes wrong, but this is one of the rare occasions it worked perfectly well. There is a hint of citrus, flowers and sandalwood, smelling warm without being overpowering. The perfect everyday fall scent.

To protect my pout, Nuxe Rêve de Miel is used twice a day. This matte looking lip balm contains honey, known for its nourishing properties. The consistency is quite thick. If applied in the evening, I can still feel it on my lips come morning.

On my face I have been using Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair II. The heating and the cold winds take their toll on my skin, but this serum, applied every night before my moisturizer, fights redness and fine lines at the same time. A winning combo!

Non-beauty favorites, receiving a honorable mention here, are Hot Chocolate (with marshmallows, hmmm), thick knitted scarfs (oxblood, obviously, with tiny specs of glitter) and scented candles. Shown here is a small Yankee Candle in the scent "Honey and Spice". Don't be fooled by the size though, burning it for half an hour scents my whole apartment.

Looking at all those beautiful things I think it is time to cozy all up and ignore the rain against my window.

What are your favorites this season? Tell me in the comments below!

Again, if you enjoyed reading up on Anne's guest post then do check out her blog as linked above. I really appreciate and am grateful for those that have offered to write up a guest post for me while I've been inactive on the blog over the last few weeks. If you'd love to contribute towards Beauty Division with a guest post while I'm still inactive here on the blog I would highly appreciate it. You can contact me at or tweet me if you're interested.

What's in my Makeup Bag | Guest Post

Hello again! As mentioned yesterday the scheduled blog posts didn't actually go live when they were supposed to(damn you blogger!). But today I have a guest post by one lovely girl called Sarah, from Simply Sarah. I have followed and read her blog over the best part of nearly a year and thoroughly enjoy it so I hope you enjoy this post from her too.

Hey! I'm Sarah and I usually blog over at  I am here guest posting for the lovely Lauren while she moves into her new home, so I thought I would share what's currently in my make up bag.

I switch up my make up all the time, but just recently I have found some bits that I have been keeping in my make up bag for longer than I usually would, which can only be a good thing since I'm less likely to buy any new products!

My go-to base for a few months now has been Jouer Matte Moisture Tint, which I never thought that I could like since I've never really got on with tinted moisturisers/light coverage.  This, however, is light yet covers really well, and gives a flawless and natural glow - despite being 'matte'.  Another good thing about it is that you only need the smallest little blob to cover your entire face, which means it will last a good long time.  Next up is the infamous Collection Lasting Perfection concealer, and I'm sure you've heard more than enough times by now how this cult drugstore product works!  I use it religiously to cover my dark circles and also any spots I have, the thick consistency is ideal for giving good coverage and it doesn't budge for hours.  Then there is the Autograph highlighter - a brand that probably goes pretty unnoticed in the blogging world, but this is a pretty powder highlighter that is ideal for pale skin - it gives a soft rose gold toned glow to my cheekbones.  Benefit Sugarbomb is my day to day choice for blush, the colour is a buildable coral, made up of four little shades in the box.  This is my third repurchase of Sugarbomb, so I think it's safe to say that's it's my favourite!

For my eyebrows I use Anastasia DipBrow Pomade, a gel that is deeply pigmented and is an easy, quick way to create a strong shape.  This is most definitely my hold grail brow product, if you haven't tried a gel formula yet then I highly recommend this.  On my eyes right now I am loving the Charlotte Tilbury Dolce Vita palette, a naughty treat that I could not resist!  I have done a full review of this on my blog, but it is a eye shadow quad that has a highlight shade, a base, a crease shade and a gold glitter shade that all make it easy to create a variety of different but equally beautiful looks.  The quality of the eye shadows is excellent, the pigmentation is fantastic and they are perfect for making your eyes really stand out.  At the moment my mascara of choice is Maxfactor Masterpiece Max, which is brilliant at giving a good bit of volume to my lashes.  I especially like to use this on my bottom lashes, and the wand is the ideal shape for coating them without splodging it all over my eye!  Lastly, I am loving using this YSL Rouge Volute lipstick in shade 32 (I think!).  This was another high end treat, but I have definitely being getting my money's worth out of it!  It feels as moisturising as any good balm would, and the colour is beautiful and well pigmented.

So there is everything that I currently have in my make up bag!  I hope you enjoyed this post, and maybe even found some bits that you would like to try! xx

I hope you enjoyed that lovely read, I sure love to find out what fellow bloggers have in their makeup bag. Yes I'm a complete nosey parker! If you'd love to follow Sarah's blog then I highly suggest you check it out in the link above!

The Body Shop Vanilla Brûlée Body Polish and Shea Sugar Body Scrub Review | Guest Post

Hello lovelies! Unfortunately I've been unable to get access to the internet due to the house move and it seems that the last guest posts weren't scheduled as they should've been(oops!). Anyway, today's guest post is from a lovely lady called Sass from 'What Sass Says'. I hope you enjoy! I sure enjoyed reading this myself.

Hi everyone! Thankyou Lauren for letting me do a guest post on your blog!

I recently published a blog post about The Body Shop Christmas launch (have a read here) and after a week of using the products that I purchased, I decided it was time to let you know how I have got on with some of them.

I absolutely love the Vanilla Brûlée Christmas range and I was so excited to try out the body polish from this collection. I am completely in love with this product. Not only does it provide a gentle exfoliation, it cleanses and smoothes my body leaving it feeling soft and rid of dry and dead skin. I love the smell too, it is so creamy and indulgent. I am guilty of having applied it twice on one occasion just because I found the scent so luxuriously dreamy. I will have to work on my self control otherwise I will find myself getting through the bottle much too fast!

I love the shea sugar body scrub. I use fake tan on a regular basis and so I often need a strong body scrub to remove remnants of the tan when it begins to strip away leaving my skin streaky. This product was the perfect answer. I was told in the shop that this is the grittiest scrub in their range and I am impressed with the results. My skin was left feeling completely exfoliated and got rid of every last brown speck of tan yet wasn’t so intense that it left my skin feeling sore. I am lucky that my skin doesn’t tend to get dry, nor is it that sensitive so I don’t know whether others who do suffer with dry and sensitive skin might find the scrub too aggressive. This product also smells divine. It is very different to the vanilla brûlée, providing a much simpler and lighter smell. It is one of cleanliness and I just feel so fresh and natural after using it.

Great results from The Body Shop yet again! I definitely have my eye on the rest of the Vanilla Brûlée range. In particular I definitely want to buy lip balm because the flavour is one that I imagine would taste amazing and no one can have too many lip balms during the colder months!

Has anyone else tried these products?
Do you have any recommended favourites from The Body Shop?
Please check out my blog at

Love Sass x

I hope you enjoyed reading that post! I am a lover of the Body Shop myself and I have recently purchased a few of their Christmas products and I seriously can't wait to try them out. If you'd like to read more from the lovely Sass then go ahead and check out her lovely blog linked above.

10 Reasons to be excited for Christmas 2014 | Guest Post

Hello lovelies! Another day, another blog post. This time by 'MyDogBlog09'. She doesn't just post about beauty though. You'll find lifestyle and beauty, with a little fashion thrown into the mix.
Ten reasons to be excited for Christmas 2014

Christmas home decor

Hi everyone! I'm mydogblog09 from, here for a little Christmasy Guest Post for y'all! Christmas is by far my favourite holiday, (I mean it can't be any worse than Halloween or Easter?) Now, I don't normally allow myself to get to excited so early on in the year, but a Christmas shopping trip later and I'm all festive, say with my Christmassy drink writing a Christmassy post, whilst seeing all the Christmassy adverts on TV (sorry, I know that's a little OTT, but it's true?) So without further ado, here's my ten reasons to get excited for Christmas... 1. It's less than six weeks away! It's going to come around much quicker than you think, six weeks is only 42 days, and it's less than that already! 2. Christmas Advent Calendars, think about it, whether you get chocolate, or makeup, it's a little something every single day. What other time in the year do you get that? 3. You can watch Elf again and again and nobody can say anything. Christmas movies are the perfect way to get you in the festive mood! 4. Christmas shopping it takes forever, but I really do love it. Finding the perfect present for everyone is one of my favourite things to do. 5. You can eat as much as you want for your Christmas dinner, and to be honest, in the buildup too- all those mince pies and ginger reads and hog roasts and macaroons. 6. Lush's Christmas collection is the perfect chance to grab your favourite Lush goodies before they vanish for another year, I end up spending way too much on the Christmas collection, but it does last me well into March? 7. Jumpers, jumpers and yes, more jumpers! I absolutely love wearing oversized sweaters in Winter, and Christmas is the perfect excuse to pull out your favourite, no matter how cheesy it is! 8. Christmas holidays, I mean who doesn't want a few days or even weeks off work/school? Need I say more? 9. Early nights, the days are shorter and nights are longer. So more time to sleep, right? 10. Presents! I've saved the best until last, opening presents on Christmas Day is the best. All the hard work, the sweat and tears is completely worth it to see the look on someone's face! I hope you agree that there's so many reasons to be excited to Christmas, but there are mine. What's yours? Don't forget to tweet me your top ten reasons that you're excited for Christmas!

I hope you enjoyed this post lovelies! Make sure you check out her lovely blog as located in the link above at the top.

High End Products Worth The Hype | Guest Post

Hello lovelies! I am still a little busy with the house move so as mentioned on my previous guest post, It will take a while before the blog is up and running again properly, but trust me, I will try and post as much as I can myself until I have the internet. For now, I have some lovely ladies guest posting for me, which is soo appreciated!

Today's guest post is by the wonderful Lisa from The China Doll Diaries!

Hello everyone my name is Lisa and I blog over on the china doll diaries - link. If you’d like to get to know me better come visit me over there, I’m very friendly! Anyways really happy to be doing a guest post for the lovely Lauren. Now for those of you who aren’t familiar with me and that’s probably a lot of you, I am a massive fan of the drugstore and I reckon that you can easily find some of the best make up around in the likes of Boots and Superdrug. However, today I wanted to mention a couple of my favourite high end products all of which I will probably repurchase until the day I die!

Origins Ginzing Moisturizer – link

This is just my favourite moisturizer ever and if there is anything like this around at half the price I want to know about it! The scent is just divine and really wakes me up in the morning and gives my skin a lovely radiance boost. I tend to get quite oily, but despite the scent this doesn’t break me out or interfere with my make up in any way due to its gel like texture. This is a seriously good skin care product which always makes my make-up sit and look better, and have seriously noticed a huge difference in my skin since I started using this.

Estee Lauder Double Wear Concealer – link

What can I say about this little beauty?! It is just the most creamy and gorgeous consistency I’ve found as of yet. I do approve of many drugstore concealers, but this is the only thing that I’ve found that I can honestly say is undetectable on the skin. It blends with my foundation seamlessly, and like its counterpart foundation is seriously high coverage and long lasting.

Nars Sheer Glow Foundation – link

This is the most beautiful base product I own. Now don’t be put off by the name as this isn’t sheer at all in fact I would say this offers good medium coverage. Every time I wear this foundation I get so many compliments on my skin! It just gives me such a gorgeous glow and doesn’t ever look cakey or feel heavy on. It is such a ‘breathable’ foundation that makes it perfect for every day and it looks absolutely incredible in photographs. Like I have been airbrushed.

Benefit Hoola Bronzer – link

This is seriously my favourite bronzing/contour product of all time. I really struggle to find powder bronzers that aren’t too warm for my skin so the neutral tone of this is absolutely perfect, and makes it a good option for paler skinned girls too. It is so pigmented that you actually have to be careful not to overdo it, and the longevity is just amazing. I probably use this mostly for contouring, but it’s just an amazing product all round.

Seche Vite Fast Dry Top Coat – link

If you hate sitting around and waiting for your nails to dry then you need to invest in this bad boy. It might be £13 a pop, but it’s the best and most effective top coat I have ever owned. You can use it on wet nail polish and it is guaranteed to be dry in a matter of seconds. It leaves nails looking glossy and helps to prolong the wear of nail polish and minimise chipping! If you are hate gloopy, smudged nail varnish then this is the product for you!

Again, a big thankyou to Lisa for guest posting for me while I'm dealing with a house move. If you enjoyed this lovely post by Lisa, then definitely check out her blog as linked above in the beginning of the post.

Get your Glow Back | Guest Post

Hello there lovelies! As I mentioned in my last pregnancy update, me and my partner are moving out. In fact we got our keys on Monday and we've been incredibly busy with painting, decorating and moving our property in so it's been a little hectic recently. I have absolutely no wifi which means no internet and no blogging for me(boo!). Until I am completely set up in my new home, I thought I'd introduce you to a few lovely guest bloggers of mine who will be posting here on Beauty Division over the next week.

First up is the lovely Beth from MissCosmeticBlogger!

Heyy, I'm Beth and I blog over at MissCosmeticBlogger and I'm so excited to be writing a guest post on the lovely Lauren's blog while she is moving house!

I thought something to do with Winter would be appropriate, it's getting so much colder outside, and when I was looking through pictures of Summer the other day I realised I had lost my glow. When I say glow I don't mean my tan, because I do not tan...ever! I mean the sun hitting the top of your cheek bones kind of glow that you can only get in Spring and Summer. I then decided that I simply had to recreate this and raided my collection for something that might be able to.

Upon going through my makeup I found three products that achieved the effect I was going for, with only one high end which is rather a result if you ask me!

The first one I found was Soap&Glory Glow All Out powder, this is described as 'luminising face powder' but this wouldn't be something you'd use all over the face, it is way too shimmery and would make you look like a disco ball. However, dusted over the top of the cheekbones the light orangey pink powder suits my pale complexion and adds a gorgeous sheen. My preferred way to apply this powder is to use my RealTechniques Setting Brush, it's my favourite brush to use as it lets me highlight precisely where I want product to go.

Next up is the high end Benefit Highbeam highlighter. I personally love Highbeam for the simple fact that it is so easy to apply on the go, as all you need is three dots of this pink champagne highlighter and your fingers to blend it in et voila! Stunningly glowy skin using a highlighter suitable for so many different skintones.

My final highlighter is one that isn't readily available but I think Topshop Glow in Polished is pretty similar. This is a Glossybox exclusive collab with Kroylan which has created this gold champagne cream highlight. Another that is easy to use by dabbing it onto the skin and then blending it in with your fingers to add the finishing touches to an everyday or evening makeup look.

I hoped you liked my three products for getting your glow back, and maybe I might have persuaded you to try on or two of them if you haven't already!

Thanks so much to Beth for writing up a guest post! I really appreciate it. If you'd like to get to know Beth and her blog a bit better then please do check out her blog linked above in the post.

Discounted Beauty | Direct Cosmetics

Hello there lovelies! I hope you're all doing really well. I thought today I would share with you a fantastic website that I recently discovered, Direct Cosmetics. I had never heard of this particular website before but I am completely thrilled to have discovered it. So what is Direct Cosmetics? Well, Direct Cosmetics is a brilliant beauty website that sells discounted beauty products from both high end and drugstore brands, ranging from makeup to skincare to fragrance. Now surely there's nothing better than that? Especially for those beauty obsessed ladies like myself. It's definitely worth taking a look through the website as it may just save yourself a few pennies. Some may even say it's rather similar to the popular Fragrance Direct.

I was able to choose a few items from their vast range of beauty products, and so I thought I would share my thoughts on them with you.

This is a moisturiser that I had heard about several times in the world of blogging and never thought to try it out until I discovered it on the site for a measly £5 for a travel size 15ml tub. Although unboxed, it is unused and full. The Clinique Moisture Surge is a gel based, oil-free moisturiser and can be applied day or night. I've applied this overnight and woke up with lovely, supple skin and it is not at all heavy on the skin which is something I loathe in a moisturiser.

Admittedly lip products are my weakness, lip crayons in particular. In fact I already have quite a collection but I have never tried the Revlon Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stains before so I decided to choose two of the shades from the range, Cherish and Lovesick. They are both beautiful pink shades, Lovesick being the deepest pink and Cherish, almost a light, baby pink shade. The Revlon Balm Stains are incredibly pigmented, especially 'Lovesick' but I find Cherish to be ever so slightly lighter. They glide onto the lips smoothly, leave a beautiful sheen and feel very nourishing. At £1.99 it's an incredible saving of £6.00 as they retail for £7.99 in local Boots and Superdrug stores. Unfortunately though, these are the only shades that they stock from the Just Bitten range.

I have always been intriqued by Elizabeth Arden 8 Hour Cream and so thought now would be the perfect time to test it out, especially as it's approached that time of the year again. I have been suffering from the dreaded dry, cracked lips and I do wish I could say positive things about it but I was sadly left disappointed. It sat on my lips overnight, didn't sink in and left a film on my lips which of course doesn't look very attractive.

I am a bath person through and through and I especially love a bubble bath. The Agent Provocateur Bubble Luscious unfortunately doesn't leave the bath as 'bubbly' as I would've liked. I poured quite a bit of the bubble bath underneath running water and within minutes the bubbles had disappeared. Rather disappointing to say the least but the scent is rather lovely and leaves my skin feeling soft.

Have you purchased anything from Direct Cosmetics?

Fragrance Direct Christmas Gift Guide | My Top Picks for Her

Hello lovelies! It's finally November which can only mean one thing, the countdown to Christmas Day and the beginning of our Christmas Shopping. My favourite time of the year. This year I'm not actually going to be christmas shopping for my siblings, only for the partner, my nephew and my soon to be born niece, purely as I have my little man due 2 weeks after Christmas and we're saving up. That doesn't mean I can't help you with a little Christmas shopping though.

Fragrance Direct is an incredibly popular fragrance and beauty website that always have astounding offers and discounts, especially during the festive season so what better way to help you than to put together my Top Picks for the lovely ladies this Christmas.

This fragrance gift set is definitely one to have on your wishlist this year, if you haven't already. The Marc Jacobs Daisy Dream Gift Set contains a 50ml bottle of Daisy Dream, a 75ml bottle of body lotion and a 75ml bottle of shower gel. Daisy Dream is the newest perfume launch from Marc Jacobs and believe me when I say the scent is completely divine I really mean it. It's feminine, fruity and floral. As for the perfume bottle, well the detail is intricate as always, oozing charm and elegance with daisys embodying the bottle. What more could you want for Christmas honestly? Especially as it only costs £46.99, baring in mind that the 50ml bottle of Daisy Dream costs £43.99 separately. Yes I know it's only a £3 saving, but a saving nonetheless and don't forget you'll also receive two Daisy Dream scented body lotion and shower gels with this so it's great value for money.

One of my favourite perfumes of all time. A big statement, but very true. I first purchased it for Christmas when I was at least 14 or 15 and I have gone through various bottles of this. The Paris Hilton Eau De Parfum Spray 100ml is another fruity, floral scent that I can only describe as being 'memorable', purely because it's one of those perfumes that brings back lovely memories. The scent lingers on the skin for an astounding 5-6 hours after spritzing and has a beautiful aroma of apple, peach, ylang ylang, peach and so much more. The Paris Hilton Eau De Parfum Spray costs just £18.99, and for 100ml you really can't complain. It's definitely one to wear through the year, whether it be day or night, summer or winter. A beautiful scent overall. If you're looking to purchase for your partner, wife, sister, niece etc, this will be a great Christmas present.

If it's a nude eyeshadow palette that you're looking to purchase for your sibling or partner then look no further than the newly released Urban Decay Naked 2 Basics Palette. Packed with 5 cool toned, matte shadows that can be used for multiple use, as a transition shade in the crease, as an all over the lid colour and a liner, this is bound to make your partner or siblings swoon if they were to receive this. I sure would. This palette can be used for everyday use, for daytime looks and the night too. At a discounted price for just £18.99, down from the original RRP price of £22.00 I can guarantee you(or the person your buying for) will not be disappointed, not in the slightest.

Does your partner, wife or sibling enjoy great quality haircare? Then why not purchase the Milkshake Christmas Trio Pack. This Gift Pack contains the Milkshake Integrity Nourishing Shampoo, Conditioner and Incredible Milk all for just £24.99. I imagine this Gift Pack will last them for months as they each contain a generous 300ml helping of product, bar the Incredible Milk which contains just 150ml. By purchasing this Gift Pack you will also save yourself £5.00 in the running as the RRP is £29.99. Overall, a fantastic gift for your loved one. I'm sure they'd get plenty of use out of it and enjoy it just as much.

St Moriz Mini Bronzing Collection in Dark
The Mini Bronzing Collection from the popular St Moriz is the way to go if your other half or sibling loves a little bit of a glowing tan. It contains cute mini  sizes of the Dark Bronzing Mousse, Ultra Moisturising Body Lotion and Exfoliating Body Scrub for a measly £4.99. What's not to like? This Bronzing Collection will help on the way to produce the most beautiful bronzed glow, as if you've been on holiday for a few weeks.

Fragrance Direct has recently started stocking MAC products, yay! A MAC lipstick is in every beauty lovers collection. I have at least 6, in different shades and
finishes. They are extremely luxurious, have amazing pigmentation and most importantly feels beautiful on the lips once applied. Should I mention that they are discounted, down to £13.99 from the original £15.50 you'd normally have to pay via the MAC website. Not bad eh? You can't put a price on a great quality lipstick though. Any beauty addict would be astounded to find one of these in their stocking, I'm sure of it.

Impulse Handbag Essentials Gift Set
The Impulse Handbag Essentials Gift set contains all us ladies beauty essentials for the body, hair and lips, bar the odd makeup product we pop into our bag. It includes the Very Pink Impulse deodorant(which smells sooo good!), a Vaseline Rosy lip tin and 100ml of VO5 Ultimate Hold Hairspray for £3.99. Who wouldn't be happy to receive this for Christmas? It will definitely come in handy. A great stocking filler.

This Radox Relax Ducky Gift Set is a great bath and body gift set for whoever enjoys a good soak in the tub. It contains the Relax Bath Soak, Moisture Soak and a
flashing light up duck. What more do you need to create a relaxing, fun atmosphere? Both of the Bath soaks smell really lovely and will make them feel relaxed within
seconds. And the light up duck? Well, surely you can't be too young nor old to have one of them. This Gift Set will sure make them 'quackers'. You can purchase this gift set for just £4.99. There is also another Radox Gift set with different bath soaks and ducky(see here) if you don't think this one will 'float their boat'.

Deodorant is an everyday essential and this gift set of 4 fragranced sprays from So...? would be a great stocking filler for that lovely lady in your life. Yes, deodorant may be a little typical for a christmas present but will undoubtedly last for months and will never be wasted. I have used 3 of these mini sprays and they all smell wonderful. They are great to just pop into your handbag on the go. For £3.99 you can't go wrong.

Will you be purchasing anything from Fragrance Direct?

Week 29/30 Pregnancy Update

Hello there lovelies! It's been a while since I last updated you all with my pregnancy. It's been speeding by.  I honestly feel like I have lost track of the time over the last few weeks. I am finally in my third trimester, 30 weeks and 2 days along today.

You would imagine at this stage of my pregnancy that I would have plenty of symptoms. Thankfully I haven't been suffering with many of them. I was worried about sickness coming back and admittedly it has but on at least one occasion and I'm hoping that's the end of it but I very much doubt it. I have also been suffering with a bad back which is understandable as I have to carry some extra weight(the baby, obviously). It's so so difficult to get in a position where I feel comfortable. I'm constantly lying down and sitting back up, and as for sleeping? Well that's even worse as that's when the little one is most active. Thankfully, I'm not suffering from the dreaded swollen feet just yet, phew! However, I have recently discovered I have stretch marks, not on my stomach just yet, but in an area you wouldn't expect to get any, my butt. Now what's that all about? Haha. I also have some slightly visible stretch marks on my thighs too. It seems that my trusted bio oil is not doing anything for me anymore. Gutted!

So what else has been happening over the last few weeks? Well at 28 weeks I had yet another midwife appointment and scan and all seems well and good. Little man was weighing out at a good, healthy 2lbs and 15oz. I also had my whooping cough and a flu jab on the same day. Yes, that's painful! A jab in each arm? Well, you can imagine my arms were in pain. I could barely lift my arms up, haha.

Me and Josh have decided on our boy's name, in fact we agreed on it months ago and I absolutely adore it. All is to be revealed after he's born though. Can you contain your excitement? haha. He has been so so active, it almost feels like he's getting excited and doing a little dance inside my belly. I'm constantly getting jabbed in the stomach by what feels like a little hand or foot. It is so adorable! Me and my sister had a cute little moment just a few weeks ago when she felt what I can only describe as a kick or a jab. He's moving so much that I panic when he's not moving, haha.

We also have some exciting news! Me and Josh had a house viewing 2 weeks ago and are due to move into our very first house next Friday, eek! We have both been getting a bit spendy, buying bits and pieces for the house. I can't resist picking up a few homeware pieces and beautiful little trinkets. We also have our family helping out with bits and pieces to make our new house a home, which I am so appreciative of.

We have so much to be excited about and look forward to, moving into our very first house together, christmas and of course, welcoming our little man into the world next year. I imagine the next few weeks will fly by again. On the downside though, when we move into our new home we'll have no internet and no tv so I'll be struggling to keep the blog active.

I would love a few guest bloggers while I'm awol, it would mean so much. If you're interested in being a guest blogger please don't hesitate to contact me via email;

Enjoy your week!
