Soap and Glory Thick and Fast Mascara | Review

Soap and Glory Thick and Fast Mascara

I very rarely swap and change up my mascara. I tend to just stick to the one I love, the Rimmel Day 2 Night Mascara. I've used my Rimmel Mascara for a couple of years now and I knew it was that time. Time to change it up a little bit and experiment with different ones, so I decided to make a new purchase. This came in the form of the Soap and Glory Thick and Fast Mascara.

I'd purchased it from Boots a while ago, popped it into my muji storage and sorta forgot about it, up until a couple of months ago. I've never tried any makeup products from Soap and Glory before but I've always indulged in their bath and body products. I was intrigued to see what the Thick and Fast Mascara was like and see if it lived up to my coveted Rimmel mascara, or was even better.

First thing's first; the packaging. It looks as pretty and girly as you'd expect from Soap and Glory. Pink and shiny with bold lettering. I quite like it.

The main things that I look for in a mascara is that it lengthens and gives that 'fake' lash look. Ya know what I mean? Like you're wearing false eyelashes. I'm a complete nightmare when It comes to applying false eyelashes so I'm stuck to using just mascara to give me some er, 'fullness'.

The Soap and Glory Thick and Fast mascara have a lot of claims. It claims to create 'amazingly, longer, fuller, fabulous lashes. featuring SUPERFILL False Lash Fillers, Shine Amplifiers. NOFLAKE24 technology and super-fine no-clumps natural wax film formers'.

Soap and Glory Thick and Fast Mascara

Soap and Glory Thick and Fast Mascara

Surely you can see why I was drawn to it? Yep, there's a lot of claims but does it live up to it? It sure does.

I am completely in love with it. The mascara itself is quite bulky but I feel it's a good thing as its pretty easy to handle. I completely hate thin mascaras, they're a nightmare to use so this is wonderful. It was a dream to use. The brush is quite thick so it's easy to get into the root of the lashes to the tips.

The Soap and Glory Thick and Fast Mascara completely lives up to its name. It creates that full, false lash effect I crave for. My lashes are lengthened, thick and you really don't need many coats of it either. At maximum I use two coats. Just one coat of this mascara makes a complete difference. There is no flaking or clumping with this mascara whatsoever so there's no chance of your lashes resembling spiders legs.

It is also super easy to remove as it's a wet formula. One thing that I hate in a mascara is when it smudges but luckily enough I haven't noticed that with this mascara. I've worn it through strong winds and rain and it's luckily stayed put. No sign of the dreaded panda eyes here. I can't fault it.

Is this a new addition to my makeup bag? Yes indeedy. I've used it non stop for the last few months and stuck to it but I still want to carry on experimenting with some more mascaras too.

Have you tried the Soap and Glory Thick and Fast Mascara?

Do you have any suggestions as to what mascara I should try next? Let me know!

Lush Luxury Lush Pud Bath Bomb

Lush Luxury Lush Pud Bath Bomb

Okay, so it's waaay past Christmas but in my defence I've had to keep this bath bomb back for a while. It's nearly the end of February now, oops. A little too late I know, but better late than never right? I made a Lush order online in time for Christmas but I'd never had the chance to use it, or even just have a little chilling time, what with moving house and my little princes unexpected arrival two weeks before my due date. It's been rather hectic until now.

Finally, two months after making that Lush order I've got around to using my box of goodies. First thing is the Lush Luxury Lush Pud Bath Bomb and let me tell you, I love it. It's quite gutting that it's a seasonal product and only available during the festive season.

I'm so so glad that I've held back from using it as it's incredible. The Luxury Lush Pud Bath Bomb is inspired by a traditional Christmas Pudding, but this is no ordinary pudding of course. The picture does absolutely no justice for the bath bomb itself. I took a picture of it weeks before I used it and didn't want to open the packaging. Typical blogger? I wish I had done it justice as it's so so beautiful.

In fact I don't think I've seen a bath bomb as beautiful as this one with a variety of different coloured circular dots inside.

Lush Luxury Lush Pud Bath Bomb

Lush Luxury Lush Pud Bath Bomb

I popped this little beauty into hot running water and as soon as it hit the water it had turned into a stunning display of pink, purple, green, blue, yellow and orange. It almost resembled a pretty little rainbow. Sadly the 'rainbow' water only lasts a few minutes until it disappears into a deep purple with a small amount of bubbles and foam which feels a little creamy on the skin.

And oh my, the Luxury Lush Pud smells bloody lovely. It's infused with ylang-ylang oils and Lavender. The scent actually makes me feel really at ease and relaxed. It's perfect for me, as a mummy it can be a little stressful but a good kinda stress if ya know what I mean. It completely takes all of the stress away.

Once I had relaxed in the bath, my skin was left feeling lovely. Really soft and silky. My skin had never felt so moisturised and wonderful.

Unfortunately as it's obviously a seasonal Christmas product it's not available until the end of the year but I really enjoyed using this bath bomb. Come November/December I will be stocking up on a few of these.

My 21st Birthday Beauty Wishlist

My 21st Birthday Wishlist

Oh em gee, I am coming up 21 at the end of the month. Oh, how time flies. Who knew at the age of 20 I'd have my very own little space on the Internet, an amazing partner and a beautiful son. I for one didn't and I couldn't be happier. It's surreal how fast the time has gone by and to see how much has changed.

Anyway, as it's the big 21 at the end of the month I thought I'd compile a few of the things that I am hoping to get for my birthday.

There are so many things that I really want. Over the last couple of months I've added and added to my wishlist and most of the things I am lusting after for my birthday are at the luxury, high end side as opposed to drugstore. I can only hope and dream right?

Tom Ford Lips and Boys
I am a lipstick junkie. I have over a hundred of them, at least that. I have wanted to own one of these miniature sized lipsticks for a while now. There are so many beautiful shades but there's one in particular that stands out to me and that's 'Michael'. It's a gorgeous corals-pink shade. I don't own a lipstick like it so it'd make a nice addition to the collection.

Bobbi Brown Mini Long Wear Cream Shadow Stick Trio
I love love love cream shadows. They are so simple to apply. I first discovered the Bobbi Brown Long Wear Cream Shadow Sticks when reading through a blog post a while ago. I was completely mesmerised by how pretty the swatches were. They look really pigmented and sound completely amazing.

The Charlotte Tilbury Dolce Vita Makeup Gift Box
This is the most luxurious and expensive thing on my wishlist costing a big £165. I haven't delved into the world of Charlotte Tilbury makeup as of yet but as a risk taker I like to delve in and take a risk. I have a feeling it will be more than worth the money.

The Glam Guide by Fleur De Force
I have been an avid follower of Fleurs blog and YouTube for the best part of nearly three years now. She's so inspirational and always has great tips and tricks beauty wise so I really want her book. I love to read anything that's beauty related. I've asked my parents for this so I'm hoping(fingers crossed) that I'll get it.

Hourglass Ambient Lighting Palette
Ahh, this just looks incredible. I've heard way too many positive reviews on this little babe and I've been convinced that I need it in my life. It's another luxury product, costing £56. Considering it costs £38 for an individual shade, it's definitely worth the money. If I received this for my birthday I will be so so happy, I couldn't tell ya.

Pretty Honest by Sali Hughes
Yet another beauty related book. It's a coveted and much loved book in the blogosphere and I really want it. Purely because I've heard so many great things about it. I've been trying to look for it in my local Waterstones and WH smith stores and haven't found it. If I don't receive it for my birthday, I will without a doubt purchase it online.

Viktor and Rolf Bon Bon
I discovered a sample of this fragrance in an edition of my Elle magazine and I instantly fell in love with it. It's so beautifully scented, not to mention stunning and totally worthy of a place on my makeup table for display.

Makeup Revolution Highlight Highlighting Palette
I am completely in love with this. It is not at the luxury high end of beauty but it looks just as good. I was convinced I needed it after reading a review by Miss Makeup Magpie. It just looks incredible. I know I'd get so much use out of it as I love adding a little highlight to add a slight sheen to my cheeks.

Is it your birthday coming up soon? If so, what's on your Wishlist?

MAC Prep and Prime Fix Plus | Review

MAC Prep and Prime Fix Plus Review

MAC Prep and Prime Fix Plus Review

I have been meaning to dedicate a post to the MAC Prep and Prime Fix Plus for what seems like ageees and I'm only getting to it now. I have no idea why I haven't featured it on Beauty Division until now. It's one of my most repurchased MAC products and you'll see clearly why.

MAC Prep and Prime Fix Plus was first known as just 'Fix Plus' but it's name has recently been changed along with an upgrade in it's packaging too. It has the prettiest sparkly, glittery type effect on the packaging which I love. I believe you can also get the Fix Plus in a travel size too. This is the first time I've purchased the full size as I found that a travel size just wasn't enough for me and didn't last for as long as I wanted.

MAC Prep and Prime Fix Plus is a very lightweight finishing mist full of vitamins and minerals and immersed in a soothing concoction of incredible ingredients such as chamomile, cucumber and green tea. Doesn't that sound appealing? I very rarely come across a product that has absolutely no nasties in it so it's nice to see it includes 100% natural ingredients. Who likes to spritz a whole lotta nasty on their face? I for one don't, unless it has some kinda skin benefit of some sort.

MAC Prep and Prime Fix Plus Review

As it's described as a finishing mist it can sometimes be misinterpreted as a setting spray to keep your makeup in place throughout the day but it's actually marketed as a facial mist to keep the skin feeling refreshed after makeup application.

To apply this, I spritz it onto the front of my face first, then the left and right hand sides of my face. I only spritz it on after I've applied my base products. That includes my foundation, powder and blush.

By doing this it gets rid of any horrible cakiness and dry skin and it doesn't affect my other makeup applications such as my brows, eyes or lipstick.

The MAC prep and prime fix plus is quite a miracle product for me, it really is. It gives my skin an instant boost, it feels so lovely and refreshed. My face doesn't look cakey or dry at all, it's perfect for even bad skin days. It adds a little dewy effect and makes my skin look much more healthier.

I literally can not rave about it enough. When I ran out of my travel size of this a few months ago I was so gutted. I can not be without this in my makeup routine.

MAC Hue Lipstick | Review

MAC Hue Lipstick

MAC Hue Lipstick

I own my fair share of MAC lipsticks(see my collection here). I own at least 8(so far!) but my most used and favourite of the bunch of them has to be the shade 'Hue'.

MAC Hue is a true, soft pinky nude shade with a glaze finish. I was worried that maybe it wouldn't suit me or it'd wash me out so I had to do a lot of research before purchasing it as I unfortunately don't have a MAC counter within walking distance of where I live(boo!). I read tonnes of reviews and searched up swatches of it. It sounded almost good to be true. I went ahead and purchased it and luckily enough the risk paid off and I am totally and utterly in love with it.

It's my everyday, go to lipstick. It's a totally wearable shade and really goes well with my fair skin tone. Sorry to be a little 'cliche' but it's definitely one of those 'my lips but better' shades. As it has a glaze finish it doesn't have the same opacity as the other lipstick finishes. It's incredibly sheer and has a slight glossy effect so you need at least two swipes to make it look opaque. I'm surprised how pigmented it is for a sheer lipstick.

MAC Hue Lipstick

As much as I love the finish of the lipstick, it can really make any dryness on the lips look more noticeable so I really recommend you use a lip scrub and a lip balm before application. I always use a Carmex Lip Balm overnight to soothe and moisturise whenever I'm suffering from dry lips and apply my Lush Bubblegum Lip Scrub before applying the lipstick.

MAC Hue doesn't have the best lasting power unfortunately due to the glaze finish but it's really no problem. It lasts maybe a good 2-3 hours before it needs to be reapplied and on the plus side, it doesn't settle into fine lines. It feels really lovely and moisturising on the lips too.

Overall, MAC Hue is the most perfect everyday pinky nude shade that suits even the most palest of skin tones. It gives a pretty sheen to the lips and just looks so so beautiful. If you're pale or fair skinned like me then I highly recommend this lipstick. You will not regret it, I guarantee it.

My Muji Storage and Contents

Muji Storage and Contents
Muji Storage and Contents

If you are a makeup obsessed junkie like myself you may find yourself with a whole lot of beauty products and no idea how or where to store it. I had this dilemma over a year ago as my stash of makeup was getting bigger and bigger. My solution for this came in the form of the coveted Muji Acrylic Storage Boxes.

I have 3 Muji Acrylic Boxes in total. Two of the Muji Acrylic Box- 2 Drawers Wide right at the bottom and the Muji Acrylic Box- 2 Drawers with Flip Top Lid Wide placed at the top. When I first received my Muji Acrylic Boxes I found that one of them had got chipped and damaged in transit and in turn I ended up with a cut so you have to be extra careful when picking them up in case it gets damaged or you get cut as acrylic is super sharp.

On the upside, I love how wonderful the drawers look stacked on top of one another. One of my concerns were that they wouldn't be able to take the weight but I've been pleasantly surprised. Neither one of the boxes have been left broken or scratched in the process. I also love that you can see through the clear acrylic storage as it looks so pretty and you're able to see what products are stored in each drawer.

Muji Storage and Contents

In the very top drawer of my Muji Acrylic Box- 2 Drawers with Flip Top Lid Wide I have my foundations, a BB cream and primer. It's the perfect width and size to fit a substantial amount of foundations in. This drawer is near enough full at the moment and I am in dire need of another set of wide drawers as my foundation collection is expanding rather rapidly. At the moment I am loving my MAC Studio Fix Fluid Foundation. It covers up my imperfections soo well and is incredibly close to my skin tone.

Muji Storage and Contents
In the second drawer is a mixture of eye based products. I have an eyeshadow palette, an individual eyeshadow, eyeshadow pencils, concealers, an eyeliner and some brow products too. I have stored them all in the one drawer for now as it means I don't have to go rooting through countless drawers to find each individiual product. It's easy access! As you can see I have two Lasting Perfection Concealers. One I am still using now and a backup in case I run out. They are incredible and they don't make a dent in the purse.

Muji Storage and Contents

In the first drawer of one of my Muji Acrylic Box- 2 Drawers Wide is another mixture of products. I mainly have my highlighters in here with a bronzer and a powder popped in too. My favourites are funnily enough both by MAC. I have the MAC Mineralize Skinfinish in Soft and Gentle which is a beautiful champagne highlighter which gives the most beautiful sheen to my cheekbones. I also have the MAC Mineralize Skinfinish Natural which is one of my holy grail powders. It gives the most natural effect on the skin with no cakiness at all.

Muji Storage and Contents

This drawer houses all of my blushers. I have my favourite Frat Boy Blush by the Balm, two Sleek by 3 Palettes, An Illamasqua and MUA blush, two natural collection blushes and the newest additions to my collection, the Max Factor Creme Puff Blushers. The Max Factor Creme Puff Blushers just look so stunning in the acrylic storage, don't you agree?

Muji Storage and Contents
In the very bottom set of my Muji Acrylic Box- 2 Drawers Wide I have a mixture of my lip crayons and cream eyeshadows. I have my Revlon Colorburst Matte and Lacquer Balms, Revlon Kissable Balm Stains, Rimmel Color Rush Balms and a Bourjois Color Boost Lip Crayon. I also have two of my favourite cream shadows by Maybelline, the 24hr Color Tattoos and two MAC Paint Pots, one of which happens to be discontinued(boo!). I am in love with the Revlon Colorburst Matte and Lacquer Balms still. I have actually just noticed I'm missing one of them, haha. They have incredible pigmentation and longevity. What's not to love?

Muji Storage and Contents

Another Lip product drawer! I have so many lip products that I have a whole plastic container full with my drugstore lipsticks and lipglosses. But this drawer in particular is dedicated to the more 'high end' lipsticks including the likes of MAC, Illamasqua and NARS.

I am so happy with the way my Muji Storage is organised at the moment but I have a feeling that sometime later in the year I will be updating it again with more new storage and a wider range of makeup too. I just can't resist. Anyone else the same? I always find myself perusing the likes of my local Boots store and coming out with a bunch of beauty goodies with absolutely no regret, only to realise I am in need of more storage.

How do you store your makeup? Have you given into the Muji Storage hype too? I'd love to know how you store your beauty products.

My Makeup Table and Storage Setup

My Makeup Table and Storage Set Up

As a beauty enthusiast I am known to be a little nosey when it comes to make up table set-ups and storage. They are my favourite videos and posts to read and watch. I like to know how others have stored and organised their makeup on their vanity table so today I thought I'd show you how I have put my table together.

I don't have a table as such as my bedroom is a little small so I've organised my make up on my Ikea Hemnes Chest of 3 Drawers. Admittedly it's not the most attractive of all makeup tables but I am pleased with it, for the time being anyway. In the future I would love the blogger favourite Ikea Malm Table.

To store my makeup I have two of the Muji Acrylic Boxes- 2 Drawers Wide at the bottom of what I call 'the tower of muji' and one of the Muji Acrylic Boxes- 2 Drawers with Flip-Top Lid Wide placed on the very top.

My Makeup Table and Storage Set Up

On the left hand side of my Muji Storage is where I have my Candles, Makeup Brushes and more Makeup! The Candles displayed are Christmas Cookie and Cherry Blossom Yankee Candles(they smell so delish!), a Warm Vanilla Scented Candle and two Airpure Mini Me Candles in the French Vanilla and Lotus Flower Scents. Can you tell I'm candle obsessed?

Underneath the Candles I have my drugstore lipsticks and lipglosses stored in the top plastic container and my MAC palette and three Urban Decay Naked Palettes stored in the bottom. They are being kept in the plastic containers for the time being until I splurge out on some more new acrylic storage.

I have my eye makeup brushes stored in the left glass. I love it with the heart design on the front. I also have my face brushes in the beautiful lace candle pot. I bought both of them for a measly 99p from my local Home Bargains store, where funnily enough I work.

I have yet another candle. What a surprise! I bought this during the festive period last year in my local Poundland store. It's marshmallow scented! So yummy. Another bargain was the lovely white butterfly mirror. It was also purchased from Poundland and I absolutely love it. It looks so pretty.

My Makeup Table and Storage Set Up

On the right I have the Laura Mercier Creme Brulee Quartet placed underneath my perfumes and a few of my favourite beauty products that I am loving at the moment. I have a thing about keeping my perfumes in their packaging. Maybe it's because I'm worried they'll break as I can be soo clumsy. My favourite perfumes are undoubtedly Marc Jacobs Daisy Eau so Fresh and Daisy Delight.

My Makeup Table and Storage Set Up

I have the most gorgeous white heart mirror set on my Muji Storage rather than it being placed on the wall. I also have a few little beauty bits placed on top. I have my much loved Tangle Teezer, an Invisibobble, Lush Bubblegum Lip Scrub, Tweezers and a little me to you bear that I received a few years ago for my birthday. These are all absolute essentials, I cannot be without them. Obviously I can live without the bear but it looks super cute.

If you're intrigued, or just really nosey like myself then check in tomorrow where I'll be sharing my Muji Storage Contents with you.

January Beauty Favourites

January Beauty Favourites

January Beauty Favourites

January is over and we are halfway through February now. Isn't that insane?! Time is flying by. This month is a pretty busy month for me with Valentines day tomorrow and my birthday at the end of the month. I'll be turning 21. Oh em gee. Exciting!

Anyway, seeing as the month of January is over I thought I would share with you my favourite beauty products that I have been thoroughly enjoying. In December there were so many incredible releases from well known brands and luckily enough I received one or two for Christmas from my other half and they've now made their way into my favourites. Also, during January I fell in love with a new eye shadow palette, discovered a new mascara and fell back in love with an old favourite.

January Beauty Favourites

I received the Too Faced Natural Eyes Palette for Christmas from Josh after months of lusting after it and I haven't stopped using it since. It has the perfect mix of both matte and shimmer shades. My favourite and most used shade of them all is 'Push Up' which is a gorgeous coppery, brown. I always use it as an all over the lid colour, it really makes my green eyes pop.

Another Christmas present that I received from the other half is the Benefit Cheeky Sweet Spot Box O' Blushes. They are all so so beautiful. It's difficult to choose just one but my favourite has got to be Dandelion. It gives the perfect flush of colour to the cheeks.

January was the month that I rediscovered my love for the MAC Studio Fix Fluid Foundation. It does everything I need in a foundation. It conceals, has the right amount of coverage and most importantly, it is sooo close to my skin tone.

I also repurchased the saviour that is MAC Fix Plus after months of being without it. A quick spritz of this after applying my foundation, powder and blush and there is no sign of any cakiness whatsoever. It's really incredible, it makes my face look super flawless.

I have been non stop using my Keshima Flat Top Kabuki Brush for months on end. I have put my Real Techniques Buffing Brush away in favour of it. It blends my foundation in beautifully with no streaking and the bristles are such great quality. They're so soft and gentle.

Last but not least is a new mascara love. I hardly ever chop and change when it comes to mascara. If I like it, I tend to stick to it. But recently I decided to change it up a bit and test the Soap and Glory Thick and Fast Mascara out and I absolutely loveee it. It does exactly what it says. It thickens up the lashes in no time at all.

What are your January Beauty Favourites? I really love to know what everyone is loving!

Just Another Boots Haul

Boots Haul

Boots Haul

Funnily enough I didn't think that I would be typing this Boots haul up today. I had a little dilemma yesterday as I couldn't actually find my Boots bag. I had a little panic, thinking I had lost it in town. I think I drove myself completely doolally. Thankfully I hadn't lost it. Josh had found it lying around upstairs somewhere. Oh, the relief when I found out it hadn't got lost. I think I would've cried a little, haha.

Anyway, throughout my pregnancy money was tight to say the least. It was spent on essentials such as nappies, food, clothing and furniture and other bits and pieces for Alfie's nursery room. It's to be expected when you have a baby on the way and a new home right? I'm now in that mind frame where I would rather spend my last pennies on him than myself. But lately I've felt like treating myself, especially now things are a lot more easier money wise now that Alfie is here and the house is completely refurbished.

So during a recent shopping trip I found myself wandering into the likes of Boots and leaving the store with a bag full of beauty bits and a smaller purse. There's nothing wrong with splashing out a little cash on yourself every once in a while is there? Every mummy deserves to pamper and treat themselves.

Boots Haul

I ran out of my Rimmel Match Perfection foundation a few weeks ago and so decided to repurchase it again. It's one of my favourite drugstore foundations. It doesn't completely conceal but it has pretty good coverage and it gives my skin a slight luminous glow. I love this stuff! I'd repurchase it again and again.

Another repurchase is the blogger favourite Collection Lasting Perfection Concealer. I've lost count on how many tubes of this I've been through. It's the holy grail of concealers that I've tried. I picked up the shade 'fair' as it's fairly close to my skin tone and it conceals those pesty spots and scars incredibly well.

The L'oreal Superliner Ultra Precision is yet another repurchase. I bought this a few months ago and fell completely in love with it. It's so easy to control, the nibs not flimsy like other liquid liners I've tried and it creates the perfect feline flick.

Boots Haul

My hair seems to have a mind of its own. I can never grow my hair past my shoulders. Anyone struggle with this? It's so annoying. I am craving for long locks so badly! I no longer have my hair extensions and I gave up on the hair dye, hoping that it'll help my locks grow. I came across the Hair Growth Shampoo, Conditioner and Treatment from Lee Stafford for a 3 for 2 deal and I have high hopes. Hopefully, they'll meet my expectations. Fingers crossed!

Boots Haul

I couldn't resist picking up 3 of the newest Max Factor Creme Puff Blushers after reading countless reviews in the blogosphere, especially as they were compared to the Hourglass Ambient Lighting Powders AND they were 3 for 2. They are so so beautiful when swatched. I can't wait to start using them.

Have you been Boots Haulin' recently?

Maybelline 24hr Color Tattoo: On and On Bronze

Maybelline 24hr Color Tattoo On and On Bronze

Maybelline 24hr Color Tattoo On and On Bronze

Maybelline 24hr Color Tattoo On and On Bronze

Hello there lovelies! Now I've been meaning to post about this product in particular for a while now but I haven't managed to get around to it due to having no internet, the big house move and Alfies arrival but I'm pleased to say I'm back now.

The Maybelline 24hr Color Tattoos were massively hyped about in the beauty community over a year ago when they were first released and at first I purchased just two shades, Pink Gold and Metallic Pomegranate. I wrote a review on both of them here if you'd like to take a peek. I fell completely in love with them that I went on to purchase the Maybelline Color Tattoo in the shade 'On and On Bronze' and it's become my most used and favourite individual eyeshadow to date.

There's nothing I don't love about it. I can only describe the shade as a beautiful cool toned golden-bronze. It looks slightly sultry. Think 'golden goddess'. 'On and 'On Bronze' certainly packs a punch in terms of pigmentation when applied onto the lids. As for the longevity, I can't comment on the 24hr statement as I've never worn a full face of makeup for longer than around 12 hours but it lasts for a good 10 hours before it shows any sign of fading.

Maybelline 24hr Color Tattoo On and On Bronze
Maybelline 24hr Color Tattoo On and On Bronze

I have never used an eyeshadow brush to apply it onto the lids as the product is quite difficult to pick up due to the gel-cream consistency. For ease of application I delve into the pot with my ring finger and sweep it onto the lids.

Personally I use it as an all over lid colour as opposed to an eyeliner or eyeshadow base because if I'm honest, I'm quite lazy when it comes to eye makeup and this does just the job. A quick sweep of 'On and On Bronze' all over the lids and a slick of mascara and I'm good to go. It's definitely one of those one wash wonders.

You can purchase the Maybelline Color Tattoos from Superdrug or Boots for just £4.99 in a variety of shades.

Have you tried the Maybelline Color Tattoo in On and On Bronze?
